tsp bicarbonate of soda
cup warm milk

medjool dates

cup walnut

Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 180°C. 2: Add the dates and warm milk together in a bowl. Leave aside for 20 minutes until your dates are soft, then blend. 3: To the blended date mixture, add the remaining ingredients. 4: Pour batter into a prepared loaf tin and spread evenly. 5: Top with walnuts and chocolate chips (optional). 6: Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.View original recipe
