2 oz sugar

5 ⅓ oz desiccated coconut

Instructions

1: Peel the skin of the fresh coconut then blend in a mixer grinder.

2: Mix the blended coconut with sugar and let it sit for 30 minutes.

3: In a pan, add the mixture and cook until all sugar is melted and the mixture holds its shape when pressed together.

4: Shape the mixture into small rectangles using your fingers and freeze for 30 minutes.

5: Melt the dark chocolate and dip the coconut rectangles into it until fully coated.

6: Take them out onto a parchment paper-lined tray and decorate as desired.
