This no-bake vegan oat bar recipe is easy to make with 6 simple ingredients. It combines maple syrup, peanut butter, oats, oat flour, raspberries, and chia seeds for a healthy, delicious snack.

1: Grease or line a loaf tin. 2: Over medium heat, add the raspberries, chia seeds, and water to the pan. 3: Bring to boil on medium high and then turn down heat to medium low to allow to simmer for 5-7 minutes. Stir every few minutes and slightly mash the berries. 4: In a bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients together. The mixture should hold together. If too dry, slowly add more peanut butter. If too wet, add more oat flour slowly. 5: Reserve about a 1/4 cup of the mixture for the topping. 6: Pour the remaining mixture into a loaf tin and use your fingers to really press it together. 7: Pour over the blueberry mixture and spread evenly. 8: Crumble on the remaining oat mixture. 9: Refrigerate until set.
